Clients must provide all necessary information and materials required for the provision of services. This includes but is not limited to brand guidelines, content materials, and any other relevant information.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content provided to Made Collective SA complies with copyright laws and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Payment terms will be agreed upon between Made Collective SA and the client prior to the commencement of services. Failure to make payments in a timely manner may result in the suspension or termination of services.
All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by Made Collective SA remain the property of Made Collective SA unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients retain ownership of any intellectual property rights related to their own content provided to Made Collective SA for the purpose of the services.
Made Collective SA agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose such information to any third party without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate the provision of services by providing written notice to the other party. Any fees owed up to the termination date will remain payable.
Made Collective SA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the provision of services.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
